If you would like to make a donation of materials, you can do so through the organizations below.

Important: The National Reception Office (ONA) does not accept any donations directly. However, our partners below will accept your donation of materials on our behalf, and ensure that your donations will reach the people who really need them.

Centre de Collecte et de Tri: Clothes, toys and other materials

The "Centre de Collecte et de Tri" is a central collecting point mainly to cover the most urgent clothing needs of asylum seekers, refugees, migrants, homeless people and any other person in need. The centre is managed jointly by Caritas Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Red Cross.

You can bring your donation directly to the "Centre de Collecte et de Tri" in Livange or to any other of the 20 collecting points throughout the country:

Digital Inclusion: Computers, laptops and smartphones

Digital Inclusion is a non-profit organization seeking to help everybody in Luxembourg get access to information technology and computing. The following devices are particularly sought:

  • Android smartphone (not older than 2014);
  • iPhone 7 or later;
  • laptop (not older than 2010).

If you want to donate a computer, laptop or smartphone, you can bring your device directly to Digital Inclusion (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00). EquiVelo: Bicycles

EquiVelo is a project of the asbl Equiclic. The project has the aim of refurbishing bicycles collected from private individuals and then "renting" them out (for a symbolic 1 euro per month) to applicants for international protection and people receiving social assistance.
