National legislation

  • Amended law of 4 December 2019
    establishing the National Reception Office (ONA) and the amendment of:
    1° the amended law of 21 September 2006 on the tenancy of dwellings, amending certain provisions of the Civil Code;                                           
    2° the amended law of 16 December 2008 on the integration of foreigners in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg;                                                                
    3° the amended law of 18 December 2015 on the reception of applicants for international protection and temporary protection
  • Law of 11 June 2026 on the reception of applicants for international protection and beneficiaries of temporary protection, and amending:
    1° the amended Law of 28 October 2016 on the recognition of professional qualifications;
    2° the amended Law of 28 July 2018 on the social inclusion income;
    3° the Law of 4 December 2019 establishing the National Reception Office;
    4° the Law of 7 August 2023 on the organization of legal aid and repealing Article 37-1 of the amended Law of 10 August 1991 on the legal profession;
    5° the Law of 18 July 2025 authorizing the National Solidarity Fund to contribute to the costs of services and benefits provided in residential care facilities for older persons and in approved assisted living accommodations.
