Opening hours
As part of the measures taken by the government to limit the spread of the coronavirus "COVID-19", the ONA has adjusted its counter and hotline opening hours. From 19 March 2020, only those who have made a prior appointment will be able to physically visit the ONA offices.
Making an appointment
The ONA counters are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 for those who have made a prior appointment. These appointments are reserved for social emergencies only.
