The National Reception Office (ONA) is represented there together with other administrations and organizations (Immigration Directorate; Police Luxembourg; Health Directorate; Ministry of Education, Children and Youth; POST) to complete all administrative procedures around temporary protection in a single appointment.
Following their initial registration at the Immigration Directorate, the persons concerned must present themselves without any prior appointment at the one-stop registration office. More information can be found at www.maee.lu/ukraine.
