Opening hours

Without appointment:

The National Reception Office (ONA) will be open at the following hours:

Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00

Residents of all ONA accommodation facilities can visit the ONA counter during these office hours without prior appointment for general information and administrative questions (POST current account, "Chèques-service accueil", etc.).

Guichet Unique d'enregistrement - Ukraine

All persons displaced due to the war in Ukraine are requested to report themselves before or after their arrival in Luxembourg to the General Directorate of Immigration of the Ministry of Home Affairs, following the procedure described here (link to guichet.lu):

This also applies to persons staying with private individuals.

Subsequently, in order to submit your application for temporary protection, you will receive an appointment letter, with which you must present yourself at the “Guichet Unique Ukraine” located at 12-14, avenue Emile Reuter, Luxembourg. It is open every Thursday from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Alternatively, persons wishing to submit an application for temporary protection may go directly to the Guichet Unique, which is open every Thursday from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Office for BTP living at a private adress

The social support service is available to all beneficiaries of temporary protection who live at a private address and wish to receive social assistance.

Opening hours:
Every Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (no appointment required)
